The theme was Dinosaurs.... and really, the only way I'm likely to see a dinosaur in the flesh and breathing is at a fancy dress party : )

Ok, Lil' Hilbo requested a more graphic version of the previious Wolverine pic.
Safe... now she can't send Superhilbo to kick my arse.

The Joker

I watched Batman, Mask of The Phantasm the other night for the first time in ages.
Brilliant! Mark Hamill is the business voicing the Joker.... couldn't resist grabbing the ol' pencil and paper and trying a quick sketch. So first up is the pencil drawing and then, after some digital jiggery pokery, the colour version.

2d Festival

Just Back from the 2d Festival in Derry... just the best little comics festival.
Spent all day on Saturday drawing pics. Some of the requests were a bit of a challenge, especially the top pic: a hunter from Halo. Fortunately, Stephen who requested it brought a book for reference with him.
I forgot my camera so these pics were taken with my crappy camera phone and are the least fuzzy of all the ones I took.
For anyone who loves comics.... get to Derry if you can, it's just magic!
